For the longest time I was only focused on eating and doing extreme workouts, which led to burnout and my weight yo-yoing up and down and feeling tired. Once I figured out how to eat for purpose, it was a game changer. What foods to eat, why I should be eating certain foods and how much I should be eating. I learned how to fuel my body to get it to perform the way I wanted it to and to achieve the results I desired. I learned that by incorporating stress management strategies and movement for enjoyment my life began to change. My relationships got stronger, my body began to respond and my energy level improved.
I am still on my journey and I do not look at it as a goal with an end game. Rather I look at how I eat, exercise and fuel my mind as a lifestyle that creates a healthy way of living for my mind, body and soul. The end result is leading a healthy and happy life.
I wanted to take what I learned and help others. In order to this I needed credentials to back my personal experience. I became a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and wellness coach. I have been blessed with the opportunity to lead a Wellness Program for the company I work for through an Associate Resource Community. This allowed me the opportunity to hone my craft. My goal is to help you find your bliss of leading the healthy lifestyle you desire!

Answer: In a healthy eating workshop, you can expect to learn about nutrition, meal planning, portion control, and healthy cooking techniques to support your overall well-being.
Answer: There are no prerequisites to join. This workshop is open to individuals of all experience levels who are interested in improving their eating habits.
Answer: Each workshop is anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour and the meal prep video is approximately 30 minutes.
