The constant influx of fad diets, unverified claims, and contradictory studies can make it overwhelming to decipher what is truly beneficial for our health. As individuals strive to make informed choices about their diet, the challenge lies in sifting through the noise to find reliable and evidence-based information amidst the chaos of conflicting messages.

Hi there, I'm Shelly Wray and I am going to share with you time-saving hacks, meal prepping ideas, help you understand macros, portion sizes, how to read labels, understand your triggers, and how to tame the temptations!

After two decades of navigating through a maze of information, experimenting with fad diets, and struggling with inconsistent healthy eating habits due to lack of time, knowledge, and understanding of how to manage temptations, I can confidently say, "This is me." Through years of trial and error, I have finally discovered what truly works for me. Now, I am eager to share my insights and experience to help others on their journey towards improved health and well-being. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Wellness Coach, I can't wait to make a difference in your life!

My Personal Journey

Small Habits Built Over Time Create Big Results - Consistency...

My journey to healthy living hasn't always been so healthy or balanced.  I have been on my wellness journey for over 20 years.  It has taken years of working at it and figuring out what works and what doesn't. What I have learned over the years is to incorporate quality food into my daily routine, fuel my mind with positivity, journaling is helpful, meditation is good for the soul and relieves stress and incorporating movement improves my mood and helps me to keep stress at bay.

For the longest time I was only focused on eating and doing extreme workouts, which led to burnout and my weight yo-yoing up and down and feeling tired.  Once I figured out how to eat for purpose, it was a game changer. What foods to eat, why I should be eating certain foods and how much I should be eating.  I learned how to fuel my body to get it to perform the way I wanted it to and to achieve the results I desired.  I learned that by incorporating stress management strategies and movement for enjoyment my life began to change.  My relationships got stronger, my body began to respond and my energy level improved.

I am still on my journey and I do not look at it as a goal with an end game. Rather I look at how I eat, exercise and fuel my mind as a lifestyle that creates a healthy way of living for my mind, body and soul.  The end result is leading a healthy and happy life.

I wanted to take what I learned and help others. In order to this I needed credentials to back my personal experience. I became a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and wellness coach. I have been blessed with the opportunity to lead a Wellness Program for the company I work for through an Associate Resource Community. This allowed me the opportunity to hone my craft. My goal is to help you find your bliss of leading the healthy lifestyle you desire!
